We are understaffed because Walgreens does not provide a livable wage

We’ve never had a company meeting in at least two years. Perhaps we should start there

There are no positive comment I can apply for my current position. We are over worked, under paid and undervalued.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
At leading!! We have no management in the pharmacy. Both out store manager and rph have no desire to help our pharmacy
