I am Retired Disabled. I began working at Walgreens 6/3/2021. The Mangers and Staff are very friendly! They are friendly and offer assistance to Customers as well as Colleagues. I truly enjoy working at Walgreens as I am in pain most of the time. My Colleagues are very understanding and wonderful!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems happy and willing to assist Customers, as well as Coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting and having conversations with Customers and Colleagues. I'm truly amazed that everyone is so nice! Best Team ever!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At some point last year many companies raised salaries for their employees. I don't know if that happened at Walgreens.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are easy to talk to, they are willing to train me. I also consider them friends even though I have worked their long.
