They are eager and excited to learn, I love to teach and inspire and I hope that spreads across the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Servant leadership. It is what keeps me at this company for this long. The leadership team is outstanding. I constantly reflect on other positions ive held with other companies and how fortunate i am to work with WCN.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team consist of a group of individuals who I can learn and grow with. I see them as a team that are working toward my/our common goals. A team that i have a personal connection with and respect.
