What is the best part about your compensation package?
Incentive package, both cash and equity bonus are extremely appreciated and a huge perk to job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Watching those that ive been privileged to lead take the next step and grow with WCN. I'd also add that the office pranks add plenty of happiness as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the phrase we use "We work hard and we play harder". We work incredibly hard but we also work for a company that understands that and encourages and cultivates opportunities to have a ton of fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've created and foster a culture where employees are empowered to always do the right thing, where the needs of everyone else on their team comes first, and a culture that embodies personal and professional growth and development. I'm forever grateful and appreciative of the WCN Leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowing that any one of us would give the jacket off our back for the other. I've been one of the many recipents of the unwavering and outpouring of support from the WCN family and leadership team during a very difficult time in my life. I will be forever grateful and will in turn pay it forward.
