I love how talkative and humble they are. I can approach them with any question

They seemed to be invested in my growth as an employee in the company but as well as my personal growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have seen the compensation of the person that holds the position before me and I have heard how terrible he is. However, he was paid 10K more than my current salary.
