Overall I am very satisfied with the company. Since the acquisition in 2016 you can see the difference between a company that is just doing what they need to do to being in a company that cares and that is growing

Generally we get along pretty well, and we have fun at work - lucnhes, BBQ's and some events

They care about each person, and dont treat us as a number. They know us by name, and have real conversations with us

That management is here to help you succeed and get the job done. They talk about Servant Leadership, and you can see that the leadership team truly believes and lives by this
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the decisions that I make today can help steer/guide the direction of my district tomorrow and into the future. My opinion is important to others and they take my ideas into consideration when making decisions
