Our team work ...if ever we are in a jam we all come together to get the job done or support any coworker in need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in 10 plus years of loyalty to this company I have never received a raise other than the 2% to cover the increase of medical benefits... I've proven my worth and loyalty to this company...but I'm still invisible
