overall I could not be happier to be working here. I love my company, team, and balance of life. Sure theres been speed bumps here and there but thats part of the process. I am happy where I work and who I work with. I dont think many people get to say that when they wake up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that advanced degrees should play a role in compensation. I understand that it should come with more responsibility and I totally support that but in my personal opinion and experience, other companies are setting base salaries for minimum degrees and giving more for advanced degrees.
