We're able to cut up and laugh. Everyone takes criticism seriously and puts forth the effort to improve.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all about safety and the front line. Taking care of them and making sure they are safe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to get to know you and care about what's going on in our personal lives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of hours I work compared to my salary is the issue as well as having to answer my phone 24/7. I love my job and talking to my employees, but I work a lot compared to my salary.
