Interacting with the team, winning contracts, seeing drivers get compliments and kudos from customers, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a work hard play harder atmosphere. Get your stuff done and then have fun. Also that the focus is on taking care of one another and building people up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get our jobs done, and then have a lot of fun with each other. Its a great environment and we realize if we're going to spend as much time together as we do, we might as well have fun while doing it. Everyone trusts one another.
