We all get along and can work together well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being there for my team and helping them to feel important and accomplished.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows there jobs and for the most part, does it. I do not have to micro manage
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe no one truly knows how much I do and feel that with my tenor I should be compensated a more. I feel like a ghost when it comes to being included
