I talk highly about WCN to my network. I'm a driven person that needs to work hard for my mental health, but I also don't get to take off as much time as I should due to either my inability to get my team better around me, or a workload that asks too much. I say the former because of accountability.

Stock performance and bonus making up for lower salary.

Team member who are committed to achieving our collective goals and putting in the work to get there.

Most are willing to learn and help achieve team goals. Some are riding things out as long as they can unfortunately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Actively self evaluating to make sure that we keep the decentralized mentality at the corporate level as much as we can as a growing company.
