The Servant Leadership aspect I think. Self directed, self empowered employees.

They seem interested in you as a person as well as developing their employees
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything combined makes it worth staying. The 401k, ESPP, safety bonuses, PTO, as well as the medical/ dental.
