Started in Customer Service, needed a change after being in Customer Service with other companies many years. Was able to move to the position I have now, and I love it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are hard workers, and get along well for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am allowed to work without being micro managed, but am expected to complete my work. I enjoy the challenges, and trying to find better ways to manage my assignment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They treat us like adults. My manager (Michele McDonough) is caring, understanding, flexible, and supportive, and a strong leader, but doesn't give the impression that she would allow people to take advantage. The rest of the leadership team is great too! I am happy to work here.
