The fact that we all practice servant leadership and we work hard for each other!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that my compensation accurately reflects the current cost of living here in my state. It is truly a blessing to be able to afford to live, especially with inflation being as aggressive as it's been the past year or 2
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just started 2 weeks ago! Already I feel so deeply entwined in the company it is truly amazing! Jennifer Rasnick is my direct manager and she has simply gone above and beyond to ensure that I am confident in my duties and comfortable in my workspace. 10/10!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I currently work at the Charlotte Office as a field recruiter! I work closely with my main recruiting team as well as Rob Wall, Thomas Martyn, Dustin Janes, and Andrew Hofbauer just to name a few! Everyone is so kind and personable, I also find myself constantly learning new things under their guide
