It's so warm and welcoming. The people are genuine.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable, personable and truly care about their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are offered a competitive base pay, plus a cash bonus and RSU's.

We cross collaborate, truly care for each other, and they are all genuine.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know what I need to accomplish. I have support if needed and every day is different.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises aren't that good (typically 3%), there were no wage adjustments for salaried employees and I feel I could go just about anywhere and make more money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have personal and professional relationships with one another which makes it feel like a work family. We all share the same values, and are willing to do anything for each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone truly believes in our values which makes it much more engaging. We've created a work hard play hard culture that allows us to really enjoy each other outside of work which is nice.
