I've been with Waste Connections for 8 years and I can definitely see myself retiring here. I have made lasting relationships and love the stability of the industry.

My coworkers and the job I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is very competitive but we also are incentivized with stock and cash bonuses which is very nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very friendly and easy to get along with. Easy to come to work when you enjoy the people you work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how it is a very inclusive culture. Very welcoming and easy going group of people. I hang out with a good amount of them outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the Servant Leadership model that we have in place at Waste Connections. The leadership team is very approachable and I love the open door policy. They are never too busy to have a conversation.
