I love working at WC. I feel the sense belonging and being seen by leaders and coworkers. I feel my work makes an impact on others and helping others make me happy.

The stock plan is great.

We love to celebrate people and participate in community events.

The stock grants are fabulous. The vesting period can be shorter but the current vesting period is reasonable.

My team are collaborative, hard working and fun loving people. They stepped up when needed and always willing to help out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to collaborate with my team and be productive. Being able to socialize and feel like part of a team.

We work so well together, nobody ever said "it's not my job". All the members are very cooperative and help as when needed.

The leadership team focuses on servant leadership, which takes care of the field employees. They truly care and make sure our employees are happy and healthy.

They are engaged, open to listen to employees' concerns at all levels. They embrace the servant leadership philosophy at all times. They are friendly and don't make other employees feel less than them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the mantra of the company "Work hard, play harder". It is true, we all work very hard but we love fun times as well. Company events allow us to get to know our coworkers that we don't work with very often. Ride-along events help us understand what a day in a life of our drivers looks like.
