We get along and easy to talk too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They improve on communicating with us and trying go solve our problems with got with equipment and routes.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers and coworkers. It's nice interacting with customers on route and having coworkers that you can talk to and not be all serious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel a lot better with better pay. I feel like all other company's offer more and give more competitive pay then here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Competitive pay and the workers that go above and beyond to be recognized because I feel like even if you work harder then anyone else you will get treated as the slowest person. Even if you help twice as much.
