I really appreciate all the people who i have met. The managers are all very supportive and actually want to see you grow even if it means leaving them. Another thing is the environment isnt bad especially because they send a lot of the supervisors to meetings about how to talk with people.

They are always willing to help and be engaged. If they cant help they give me other solutions. Overall my team is great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very engaged and always checks in on me! They are very open to ideas and just make it an overall nice place to be
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do a lot, i am constantly burning myself out but i really like my job. I just wish i would get paid a but more or get some help because i cant keep doing it by my self.
