Truthfully for me is to work hard play hard mentality as long as I keep working hard and do my best to grow as an individual things will always get better.

There are a lot of leaders that you can reach out to for advice or for guidance or for learning opportunity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to try to figure out constant issues with the market with business and growth multiple great ideas with everybody having feedback and raising their hands.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is very accountable for their actions. And leads by example. When we have struggles we do our best to work together to try to resolve our issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a couple things that are very important for me. 401(k) 100% match up to 5%. Benefits for my whole entire family of six still pretty cheap. Also on yearly Increase plan with a yearly bonus +15% with shares.
What makes you most happy at work?
For me as a manager it's teamwork and the opportunity to develop others constantly sending them to leadership training Smith system training in other words just constantly trying to get people to grow and it works out pretty good.
