They ate pretty understanding about things that happen in your personal life and understand you have a life outside of work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Safety is definitely a huge aspect of the company and they dont say one thong and mean another, safety is safety
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a certain group that only talks with each other and they often talk about others if your not in that group, feels like a middle school experience
