Here in the state of Colorado everything it's very expensive in need of a pay raise

It would be nice if people be more respectful better positive attitude to have a nice Culture environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leader ship should be about respect to begin with why do I say this management uses the F word in meetings all around the building I don't think that's professional or polite that needs to change ASAP.
