Most of the time its great. I do get discouraged with the lack of discipline with a few co workers and that when they do not do their job either all the way and or correctly on a constant basis, nothing happens to them. Customers get upset, leave one star reviews and that brings moral down.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting rewarded with BBQ's and food.

No matter what your back ground is, you will be treated the same.

Most of us do help each other when needed in order to get the job done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy getting paid every Friday now. It helps my family and I budget our finances.
