The way we use drivecam at our company discourages me to recommend people apply. If you accumulate points your name goes up on a board in the office. Kind of a wall of shame. What happened to praise in public discipline in private. The job is hard enough, the board on the wall adds to the stress

Everyone is invested. Although we should remind everyone what our five operating values are more frequently

I like that they are involved. Although they do not come to as many meetings as the people they replaced. Ty Tostensen and A.B.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less than employees at republic and WM who have the same years of service. I also get slighted on the annual percentage raises because of my tenure.
