My overall experience has been good, I do feel like some managers play favorites with employee's which doesn't feel great. They certainly don't treat me bad either though.

They treat you like a person, not a employee number

Everyone is more than willing to help if you need anything

Attendance is important for all of us as a team to succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work a 9+ hour shift, I feel like a hour lunch isn't too much.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like them to consider an hour lunch, as we do work hard to help our customers.
