When you take away all the personal talk in the office, managers ignoring your success and no promotions. The actual job itself is fine, benefits good, PTO okay & over all the job is fine. It is the other stuff that is an issue.

In this hard economy right now, your dollars do not go as far as they used too. Compensation should reflect your years of service and compensate for the economy.

My coworkers talk about a lot of personal information that I am not interested in hearing about. the management team encourages this behavior and joins in the conversations I feel very uncomfortable.
