Positive and genuine acknowledgement! Also it's important to have fun in a stressful environment and we are encouraged to have fun!

Love how we all have something in common and respect who we are as individuals. We have each other's backs and have become bonded as a family here
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
not real sure there is much you can do to improve, there is always gonna be mad customers, nobody looks forward to that. Was easier to handle working remotely, quieter and more comfortable environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued at all! The pay is just not impressive for the the amount of districts we take calls for and the stress of it and lets be real, the cost of living now adays

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's gotta be safety, even here in the office. By this i mean we check on each other, after a bad call, or we know you had a bad day. if I need a hug, im gonna get a hug. if I need someone to tell me i am not right, somebody is gonna tell me i'm not right. nope not coworkers FAMILY
