Everyone is so helpful and I know i can count on them as a team, were in it together and i feel comfortable being able to rely on each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That i can come to them openly without feeling judged and get the help that i need. i always feel like i am learning something and growing stronger as an employee because of them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Honestly my answer would be the same regardless of the amount i make, i am almost making minimum wage, i feel as a large corporation like this, underpay their low tier employees in comparison to the amount that is made overall
