They have fun! They are a close Group because leadership is fun but very demanding for us all to do a good job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team is helpful. They are our our friends and strong leaders. they make sure we have what we need at work and home.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have a job Monday to Friday and the people care if I'm there or not. Also, the company is helping me retire. i wok from home also.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our Customer service Team wears all the hats. We must know every detail about all departments. This includes, Sales information, routes, trucks, billing, dispatch, disposal & all department pricing. Truck limits for service and system processes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team goes above and beyond to make sure we have all the support, training, recourses that we need to be the best. The most important thing is that they make sure they check in on you. Personally and professionally. The trust us to do the right thing and they have our backs.
