My leadership team cares about me, my goals within the organization, and my personal goals outside of the organization. They provide opportunity to learn, grow, and advance within our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is built around servant leadership - those above me are looking for opportunity to grow, develop, and help me achieve my goals. The districts I oversee, I do the same for others progression.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone one in the office is genuinely interested in your life and your role within the organization. When times are tough they pull together to help where they can. Simply put, they are exactly that - teammates.
