Since I have been working at Waste Connections, my experience has been great. From the time I walked through the doors on the first day of work until now, I have been treated like a member of the family and not just an employee.

Since my very first day, I have been treated very well. Everyone have been nice and very helpful. When I first started, the managers were patient with me as I learned the new processes and their way of doing things. My experience has been great; I wouldn't trade it for anything.
