I am a new employee having joined about 4-5 months ago. I have felt welcomed and supported as I've learned my new role. I have enjoyed meeting all employees from helpers, drivers, and mechanics to upper leadership. I have enjoyed the culture most. It's a positive atmosphere.

Helping someone achieve their goal. I love to support someone's growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Payrate is fair, metrics to obtain bonuses are fair and obtainable. Benefits are truly the best I've ever had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The comradery. We truly have a good time. I laugh at work every day. I feel I can openly be myself and be accepted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel supported. I know I can turn to my team for guidance or help. Someone is always available and willing to do anything they can.
