Pay is low, most people are great. A handful of people aren't the best but that's everywhere. I feel like I am held to a different standard than most/get treated differently but am not compensated for it. But I enjoy my job and the people I work with on a daily basis

The bond we have is wonderful. Easy to chat with and helpful when I have a rough week
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Talking about work and life. We talk about what's happening in our personal lives with our kids and home life
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I have a lower base pay compared to others given my experience. I would like to have a bigger gap based on my years of experienced than other people with less experience
