I have been with Waste Connections since 2014 and have worked in three different capacities; all of which has provided me the opportunity to learn and grow. I value the people, culture and values that make WCI a great employer. I've built meaningful relationships and feel valued and supported.

Camaraderie and the caliber of people I work with. They are amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Focus on safety and making the professional work environment a fun and supportive one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead along side all staff not just from a top down approach and they empower their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options and bonus. But honestly, my salary is now competitive as well so I do feel valued in that regard.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team dynamic. Knowing that I am going to walk into the office and be able to have great conversations with people who are invested in our work and eachother.
