What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support from my manager. He is probably the best person I have ever worked for. He is very willing and available to help with questions I have, he is fair, sets realistic expectations, and is overall a good human.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very supportive. They do not sit at their desks and tell people what to do. They engage with their employees. They aren't afraid to do the work, pick up the phone to call a customer, visit customers, etc. They have titles, but are normal people that treat everyone with respect
