Very difficult and stressful at times, yet very rewarding. This is a very difficult industry, and it isn't for everybody. You have to be mentally tough, and you have to be motivated. The people that are tough and motivated will do very well in our culture.

The team I work with is fun and all are motivated to succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the Bonus & RSU's are the best part of the compensation package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care for the employees that do all the "Real Work". The put a premium on the Drivers, Mechanics, and folks in the field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a culture that pushes you to be better. I do not feel like my Manager is trying to hold me back or keep me from moving up, but gives me harder or more thoughtful projects to make me a better manager.
