Aside from direct manager, the values and culture are lived out daily which aligns with my natural morals and values

Years in the industry, their drive and willingness to consistently perform even during the ever changing changes and ability to not perform their job they way the once could prior to being purchased. I blame the direct manager for his lack of support early on
