My overall experience has been positive. Not perfect, but certainly positive and a lot of fun. I've enjoyed learning this industry and growing with the best hauler in the business.

I love the community engagement and support my district provides. We support those in need in meaningful ways.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 401K match with immediate vesting. I also love earning RSUs and building a strong retirement package.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the team learn how to be successful at their jobs, how to maximize their earning and seeing them win.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know them and I enjoy working with them. They know me and seem to care about me as a person.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is coachable and able to learn new, better habits. They care about improving and have made the changes we need them to make.
