When I receive compliments from our customers about how satisfied they are with our company and ourselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about you as a person and your life outside of work. Not just your life at work. They don't micro manage, but push when they need to. They trust me to make decisions on my own that I believe are best for our customers and the company.
