I hear about servant leadership, however I never actually see it in process. I've never had a review, and rarely coached good or bad.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Feels like Family, fellowship, laughter, accountability to each other and among peers and coworkers. Teamwork is strong with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy solving problems and finding new ways to do something, I have the top team and coworkers in all of WC. the Ability to think different and try new ways is important and just because we've always done it that way doesn't mean its right. I love the option and ability to try new ways.
