What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there is always an answer. Hurdles happen, but knowing I got team player co-workers that are willing and knowledgeable to figure out tricky situation helps ease the stress away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team listens to my input. They teach me new skills so I can continue to progress in my role. If I stand firm on something that i think is ethically and morally correct they will pause and rethink of the situation. This is humbling and creates a welcoming and thriving environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we get some kind of 401K match, able buy stock at a 5% discount, I like that my premium for insurance is affordable, I also like that the company pays for short and long term disability and life insurance. There is piece of mind that some funds are available in an unexpected event.
