I love the atmosphere and i am very happy, but the work load is under valued. nor noticed.

Everyone works as a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family atmosphere. Everyone is generally in chaos but we all work together to manage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure i know what is expected of me and talk me through everything.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Service is not the best. Dumpster deliveries do not get done. Things dont seem to have any urgency in that department. As territory manager, i have to screen these phone calls, and it get overwhelming.
