Best company I've ever worked for. The guidance and recognition from managers/execs is very motivating. Being looked at as a person and being asked what I need to perform my job better is refreshing. I feel fortunate to work here and have a chance to prove my potential in the future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great and affordable. Signing up and adjusting is very easy. 401k matching and auto vested is great.

When they talk with you they treat you as a person and not just an employee there to do your job.

You're rewarded and acknowledged for working hard. Being encouraged to have fun and play hard once you've worked hard makes it feel less stressful and more rewarding.

Interacting with current and potential customers. Making them feel like they are important to me and our company and that we care about the service we provide to them.

Again, we treat each other like people instead of just employees there to do a job. It makes it fun to interact and makes for a really fun work environment.
