For the most part, I am left alone to do my job. If I need help. I know I can ask for it. My only downside is that sometimes my manager is in a mood and doesn't appear to be approachable, but she will still help if needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have a compensation package because I am part-time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They trust us to do our jobs, and they don't micromanage.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers, we work well together and try to help each other out when we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard but like to have fun in the process. Again, I trust most everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along and work well together, and we laugh a lot! I trust all of my coworkers and management team.
