We had a very rough start when I was Acquired - Jenn stepped up & got me a better position, then I had 3 managers running my workload, times, pay, approvals etc... now that i have 1 boss he is always in the field but i work from home 4 days a week so we never see each other.

I like that they take care of issues right away.

We all have roles & know exactly what to do & how to get it done
What makes you most happy at work?
Acknowledgement.... that I am there, my workload, and to be included in office lunches - each team does their own & we are usually excluded from upstairs lunches or fun due to our supers being out in the field
