Watching and assisting my team implementing new and better practices. See their excitement when we figure out how to handle something as a team....priceless. Also I love Smith System and Servant Leadership

WCI has been a good company to work for over the years. I think the company, and in particular Corporate, has struggled to connect with the field over the past few years. Many Corp initiatives are launched on the field with poor roll outs and communication making it challenging to execute locally.
