Teamwork, my team cares about getting the job done and help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Way too many hours and no OT. Just would like to get paid for all the extra hours.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They invest in employees and encourage them to get their CDL. The monthly event is a great way to show employees that not everything is about making money but also about people (us)
