We are open, honest and transparent in all we do. Our teams are more receptive to changes when the "Why Behind the What" is explained
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is competitive with the market, and the local perks at our site are amazing. Tailgates at UT, employee appreciation events, safety centered drawings and raffles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at District 6032, Knoxville Hauling, is second to none. They have treated me as a person first, since the day I started. At no point have I felt like just a number to the company. For the first time, I feel like I matter!!
