Understanding people better. Taking the time to get to know them and to practice/hone their own skills to be a better leaders. Caring about the job and having passion for it in a way that makes people motivated to win each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I have the freedom to manage my team the way I want to as long as it follows the core values and brings results. I am able to teach people and help them grow to be able to reach their goals. I get to be there for people in a way that I wish someone was there for me as a boss/leader.
